All PermitsCovington Township has all permits available in the office.
Including residential/commercial building permits. You MUST check with the municipality to see if a permit is required and measurements are sometimes required. FEE SCHEDULE Zoning Permit Fee is $50.00 and must accompany your application. Building Permit Fee is set by the Building Code Inspector and must accompany your zoning permit to the Township prior to moving forward to the Building Code Inspector. Zoning Demo Permit Fee is $10.00 and must accompany your application. Building Demo Permit Fee is $50.00 and must accompany your application to the Township prior to moving forward to the Building Code Inspector. Driveway Permit Fee is $75.00 and must accompany your application. You will also be charged for the pipe that is installed. Residential/Commercial Building Permit Fee is determined by the code inspector. Although our Township requires approval through our office prior to them granting your permit.
